Inspired by the powerful imagery of an acorn growing into a majestic oak, this cachet celebrates Iota Gamma Omega Chapter’s remarkable journey. Founded in 1970 by 24 visionary women in Prince George’s County, the chapter quickly established deep roots within the community. Over 55 years, these dedicated members nurtured a vibrant sisterhood committed to "Service to All Mankind."

Today, with over 700 members, Iota Gamma Omega stands as a testament to enduring growth, strength, and unwavering dedication, embodying the spirit of a mighty oak whose branches stretch far and wide, providing shade and sustenance.

Inspirado en la poderosa imagen de una bellota que se convierte en un majestuoso roble, este sello celebra la extraordinaria trayectoria del Capítulo Iota Gamma Omega. Fundado en 1970 por 24 mujeres visionarias en el Condado de Prince George, el capítulo rápidamente echó raíces profundas en la comunidad. Hiedra Eterna

Como símbolo de la fortaleza perdurable y el crecimiento continuo de Alpha Kappa Alpha, el sello “Hiedra Eterna” celebra los 55 años del Capítulo Iota Gamma Omega. Desde 1970, la hiedra entrelazada ha simbolizado los lazos inquebrantables de hermandad y la constante dedicación de nuestras miembros en el Condado de Prince George, Maryland. Al igual que la hiedra, nuestro capítulo ha crecido de manera constante, adaptándose y prosperando, manteniendo siempre sus valores fundamentales.
